Health Precautions at the Surgery Centers

Health and safety are of the utmost importance.

The team at The Surgery Center of Granger – and – OSMC Outpatient Surgery Center care about your health! We are committed to protecting the health and safety of the patients and communities we proudly serve. We remain diligent in our fight against viruses and illnesses, including coronavirus (COVID-19.)

PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR SURGERY IF YOU ARE SICK.

PLEASE TELL SICK FAMILY MEMBERS TO STAY HOME.

To address concerns regarding the coronavirus, influenza (FLU) or other sicknesses, we ask that you call to reschedule your appointment if you have any new or worsening symptoms:

  • Fever over 100°
  • cough
  • shortness of breath
  • sore throat, chills
  • body aches
  • new loss of taste-smell
  • fatigue
  • nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
  • muscle
  • body aches
  • runny nose-congestion
  • have been in close contact with anyone with COVID-19 within the past 14 days
  • you are waiting to receive COVID-19 test results.

We will work with you to reschedule your appointment. 

FACE COVERINGS ARE OPTIONAL
Anyone who visits the OUR healthcare facility buildings may wear a face mask or face covering, if they so choose.

Patients may also feel free to request that any of our healthcare providers wear a mask.

When you visit a surgery center location, you will be first greeted by one of our friendly team members. You may be asked about any recent illnesses or exposure.
